Conceptualized and designed by de LOREN & Associates for a private client, Al-Andalus 730, a fine contemporary Mediterranean 8000 Sq Ft residence, gives homage to the historical Moorish architectural influence in Southern Spain.  Yet it feels perfectly at home in its current Southern California location, a narrow 15000 Sq. F lot overlooking a landmark golf course.

 

Al-Andalus 730 expresses our contemporary design vision of Luxury when less is more.  It's warmth, holistic layout floor plan,  made with health minded Japanese plastered interior walls and a color palette of woods and Earth tone stone works throughout, is customized to the individual needs of a modern family with teenage children and a dog who enjoys an active social lifestyle.
