de LOREN fine homes is in the process of developing four exquisite single family residential spec homes designs, inspired by specifically selected 14th/15th centuries Renaissance Revival (01), 15th/16th centuries Italian Renaissance (02), and 19th century English Country (03) residential architectures.

We are creating four original and distinct contemporary designs based on our interpretations, not pure imitations, of these historical classical architectural foundations. These refined Sq. Ft. 5,000 to 10,000 Sq. Ft. turn-key homes will be offered to discerning buyers in prime Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Holmby Hills and Pacific Palisades neighborhoods, Los Angeles, starting in 2026.
