Conceptualized and designed by de LOREN and Associates, di Medici is a 8,600 Sq Ft home located on a 25,000 Sq Ft lot.  Clean geometric lines, high ceilings, a Mediterranean inspired courtyard, exquisite materials and textures throughout create an atmosphere of quiet luxury.

The owners who are avid travelers,  would like their dream home to be reminiscent of the splendors of Central and Northern Italy.  Nonetheless, because the new structure will be build on their existing generational family lot in Southern California, we are designing a structure without ornamental accent instead opting for our preferred minimalistic contemporary palatial approach which fit harmoniously within its planned building site in a prime West LA neighborhood.

Ultimately, di Medici's purpose is not only to express the owners educated personalities and their tasteful and philosophical outlook on life, but provide the deep emotional impact they long for and experienced during their worldwide travels.
