Conceptualized and designed by de Loren & Associates, Al-Andalus, a fine contemporary Mediterranean 8000 Sq Ft residence, located on a 15000 Sq Ft lot overlooking a landmark golf course, gives homage to the historical Moorish architectural influence in Southern Spain. 

Al-Andalus expresses our creative contemporary design vision of Luxury when less is more.  It's resulting minimalistic and holistic layout floor plan, with flawless plastered interior walls, woods and earth tone stone works throughout, is customized to the individual needs of a modern family with discerning taste and an active social lifestyle.  

Landscaping (olive trees, native plants, no natural turf) prioritizes water conservation based on Southern California climate shortfalls.

A curved sculptural cantilever central staircase, a hallmark detail of our design studio,  symbolizes our constant search to create a true fine living experience, understated, timeless, elegant and graceful, where people can gather for the next one hundred years.
